SMD offers a suite of communication systems all integrated within each other and our administrative interfaces.

We have our own SMD chat system, which is on par with Live Chat that most casinos know. But with several advantages due to it being integrated directly with all our software.

We have our own SMD VOIP calling system, which is on par with most VOIP providers.

We have available numbers from almost all over the world. And we offer a switchboard solution so your can have multiple calls on the same line, with Customer agents picking up the calls as they come in. Each call is recorded and can be listened to afterwards for evaluation.

We have our own SMD SMS system. So you can make SMS campaigns and/or send a sms to certain lists of players that you wish to receive e.g. a promotion.

We have our own SMD mailing system. So you can make mail campaigns and/or send an email to certain lists of players that you wish to receive e.g. a promotion.

We have our own SMD newsletter process system;

  • where the graphic team push in the graphics as a resource,
  • where the text writer team push in texts as a resource
  • where the marketing team push in promotions as a resource
  • Then you have the mailing team, that combine these to mailers, that you can evaluate spam rating wise before you define them in the newsletter calendar. From the newsletter calendar they are then mailed directly from our system or if you wish to use an external system then it can api into external systems.
